The rate for Heels and Hills participants for a standard room is $79. Be sure to mention that you are part of the group "Heels and Hills" when you call to book.

Note that there is no packet pickup at the Marriott location. The Holiday Inn will be the only packet pickup location Friday and Saturday.

Packet pickup is held the following dates and times in a conference room on the first floor of the host hotel:

Friday, Sept. 23, 2011	2 PM - 6 PM	Host Hotel/Packet Pickup Location
Saturday, Sept. 24, 2011	9 AM - 5 PM	Host Hotel/Packet Pickup Location
Sunday, Sept. 25, 2011	6 AM - 7:15 AM (note: the first race starts at 7:30, so packet pickup ends 15 minutes before half marathon race start)	Race Site ONLY (NOT at hotel) - look in the West parking garage (closest to Las Colinas Blvd) of Williams Square Plaza

Enter from the outside of the building, on the west side. Do not enter through the lobby.

To facilitate a smooth operation event morning, we encourage all participants to pick up your packet before race day.

RACE DAY PACKET PICKUP will be at the race site only. Not at the hotel!
