Bag Drop:
Since we have onsite parking capability, there will not be a bag drop area.

Chip Timing Info:
We will again be using the IPICO chip timing system.  The IPICO RFID timing system works by reading your start and finish times when you cross over the mats at the start/finish line.  This flat IPICO chip/tag is attached to your shoe flat against the shoelaces and will need to be returned after the race.  If you own a ChampionChip, it will not work with this system. Pick up your timing chip race day morning.

Course: A couple years ago, the City of Irving asked Heels and Hills to showcase their beautiful Campion Trails, and we're happy to work with them as the city paved trail weaves through woods, along the city canal system, by ponds, and beautiful neighborhoods! The course features these trails and the streets in the Las Colinas Blvd / Williams Square area.

The course is subject to potentially significant change, especially in case of inclement weather.

Click here to see the 2009 course map. 2010 is being finalized but will be very similar...

The 5K and 10K is a shortened version of the half marathon course.

Course Time Limit: Walker-friendly time limit of 4 hours (that's a pace of 18 minutes per mile for the half marathon).

Event Shirts:

10K and Half Marathon Entrants: For female entrants, your choice of short sleeve or sleeveless v-neck, women's-sized, fitted technical shirt. For male entrants, white unisex-sized technical shirt.

5K and 1 Mile Entrants: Cotton race t-shirt available in Youth and Adult sizes.

Choices are available while supplies last. We will remove choices of sizes and styles as we run out of inventory, since shirts have to ordered months in advance based on a guess of what sizes and styles will be chosen.
